Considered Objects

Design Intern

Brooklyn, NY

March 2023 - September 2023

At Considered Objects, I assisted in contacting factories, tailors, and seamstresses and handling transactions to ensure an on-time delivery date for garments. I aided in the design of fabrics and garments to give clients a one-of-one piece made of vintage kimono pieces. Using hand-working skills, I hand-stitched silk panels together, finished garments, and laid out pattern pieces to prepare for cutting. Click the image to learn more.
